I have spent over two decades changing the face and efficacy of business through process improvement and design thinking. As a digital transformation evangelist, I understand that it is no longer enough to go from pen to keyboard; one must connect the dots from product/service development, through employee experience, to customer experience delivering value based outcomes at each phase.
